In recent days, Boscov's Department Store has been in the news regarding its financial issues and the steps it is taking to build a stronger financial structure and position the company for the future. We are writing to you today to let you know that Boscov's Travel and Boscov's Business Travel is a separate company and not affected by these events. We are conducting business as usual and ready to assist you with all your travel needs.

Travelcenter, Inc., was incorporated in April, 1974 and does business as Boscov's Travel and Boscov's Business Travel, owned by Edwin and Alma Lakin and Albert and Eunice Boscov who are the former shareholders of Boscov's Department Stores. They do not sit on Boscov's board and have no financial ownership of Boscov's Department Stores.

Boscov's Travel and Boscov's Business Travel will continue to provide quality service, competitive pricing and financial integrity throughout our 26 locations.
