Our marketing department will create the following materials, customized with your group logo, to promote your trip. Depending on the size of your group, some of these features may be included in your package. The slide-show presentation is usually included with every package for groups of 25 or more.

  Let your group get more information online! The custom website includes trip inclusions, pictures, destination highlights, and booking information.
  Minimum Value: $150
• Online Registration Website
  Simple online registration for large groups makes booking easy. This includes registration features, online booking for airline tickets, technical support, trip inclusions, pictures, and destination highlights.
  Minimum Value: $250
• Email Blast or Electronic Postcard
  Includes graphics, a motivational message, and a link to your custom or online registration website
  Minimum Value: $50
• Direct Mail Postcard
  Includes a motivational message to get more information.
  Minimum Value: $50* plus supplies
• Flyer
  Includes trip title, inclusions, pictures, starting prices, and directions on how to get more information.
  Minimum Value: $50 plus supplies
• Poster
  Promote your vacations, custom or online registration website, and/or the slide-show presentation

• Invitations
  For your pre-trip slide-show presentation or kick-off cocktail party, invitations can be sent by mail, email, given to you to distribute, or included in group members' travel documents.

  Includes inclusions and trip information, presented by a Boscov's Travel Consultant, to get your group excited about their upcoming vacation.
